Elizabeth's Landing is a sleepy bedroom community, situated on the banks of Stoney Creek, in Pasadena Maryland. The neighborhood is built on a sprawling 275 acres of land, of which more than 50 acres is dedicated to openness and residential use. Within the community, which is private waterfront, are 686 country style colonial townhomes, modeled after New England beach front communities. 

The Brady Recreational Area within the community, sits on the Stoney Creek, and houses two piers for fishing, swimming, and boating. 

Our community is quaint and quiet, as you are more likely to hear chirping birds and the babble of the creek, as opposed to the hustle and bustle of daily life.

On Monday February 12th at the Community Meeting, the Board Voted 2-1 to remove the Credit and Debit Card processing service with Magothy Payments and CardX. 

The main reason for the cancellation of this service is due to the rising costs of the debit card fees, which the community has to absorb. We anticipate the service being taken offline by March 1st. 

The domain names had expired, and the web hosting company increased its hosting costs, therefore we decided to take them offline, and start fresh. 

The new website will be streamlined, accessed through www.elizabethslanding.com and www.elizabethslanding.net; as well as providing real time updates on through the website and the X (and other social media platforms). 

Initially the website will be 100% accessible without account credentials and all residents (homeowners and renters) will have the same access. 

In the near future, there will be a secured area where access will be limited to homeowners only, as this section will pertain to community financial information and other sensitive information.
